1. Custom Orders All DTF transfers are custom made based on the image you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the image size and quality meet our specifications. Please refer to our image requirements for detailed guidelines.

2. Final Sales Customs DTF transfers are final sale items. We do not accept refunds or returns.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom or personalized items, such as custom DTF gang sheets, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened inks, powders, and films

  • Software or digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

5. Quality Issues If there is an issue with your order due to our error (e.g., printing mistakes), we will gladly reprint your transfer using the same file you submitted, and you will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Return Process To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number and proof of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.

8. Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

9. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing dallasdtftransfers@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

11. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
