🔧 Step-by-Step: How to Apply DTF Transfers

1. Set Up Your Heat Press

  • Set your heat press to 300°F

  • Adjust to hard pressure

2. Pre-Press the Garment (5 seconds)

  • Pre-press your blank garment for 5 seconds

  • This removes moisture and wrinkles for better transfer adhesion

3. Position the DTF Transfer

  • Place the transfer design side up on your garment

  • Use heat tape if needed to hold it in place

4. Press the Design (15 seconds)

  • Apply firm and even pressure for 15 seconds

  • Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper if preferred

5. Cool Peel or Hot Peel (Check Label)

  • Most of our transfers are hot peel – wait 5–10 seconds and peel gently

  • For cold peel, wait until the transfer is completely cool before peeling

6. Optional Post-Press (5–10 seconds)

  • Post-press with a sheet for extra durability or a matte finish

👕 Works Best On:
